2010 Accommodations and Rates
We have 24 rooms, comfortably appointed, with a queen sized bed, two double beds, one queen bed and a twin bed, or a double bed and a twin bed. Cots, cribs and small refrigerators are available upon request.
We also have a small two-bedroom apartment on the second floor that is rented by the week during the heart of the summer. Please enquire about rates and availability. Discounts are offered for long stays.
Free cable TV, air conditioning, heat, and telephone are available in every room.
Our pool, is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm in season.
Soda and ice machines are located adjacent to the office.
The Sleepy Hollow is a non-smoking facility. We do not accept pets. Information on pet-friendly accommodations is available through the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce. Guests who ignore these policies will be charged for a minimum of one extra day and for any other expenses incurred while the room is out of service for extra cleaning.
