2008 Accommodations and Rates

We have 24 rooms, comfortably appointed, with a queen sized bed, two double beds, or a double bed and a twin bed. Cots, cribs and small refrigerators are available upon request.

Free cable TV, air conditioning, heat, and telephone are available in every room.

Our pool, is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm in season.

Soda and ice machines are located adjacent to the office.

The Sleepy Hollow is a non-smoking facility. We do not accept pets. Information on pet-friendly accommodations is available through the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce. Guests who ignore these policies will be charged for a minimum of one extra day and for any other expenses incurred while the room is out of service for extra cleaning.

These rates are based on double occupancy, and are subject to change. There is a $10 + .97 tax per day charge for each additional guest. There is also an extra charge of $10 + .97 tax per day for rental of cribs, cots, and refrigerators.
