2010 Accommodations and Rates
We have 24 rooms, comfortably appointed, with a queen sized bed, two double beds, one queen bed and a twin bed, or a double bed and a twin bed. Cots, cribs and small refrigerators are available upon request.
We also have a small two-bedroom apartment on the second floor that is rented by the week during the heart of the summer. Please enquire about rates and availability. Discounts are offered for long stays.
Free cable TV, air conditioning, heat, and wireless internet are available in every room.
Our pool, is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm in season.
Soda and ice machines are located adjacent to the office.
The Sleepy Hollow is a non-smoking facility. We do not accept pets. Information on pet-friendly accommodations is available through the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce. Guests who ignore these policies will be charged for a minimum of one extra day and for any other expenses incurred while the room is out of service for extra cleaning.

These rates apply to all double occupancy stays that include at least one weekday. Between September 17th and October 8th there will otherwise be an additional $20.00 charge ($21.94 incl. tax) for Friday and Saturday nights.

Extra Charges $10.00/day ($10.97 with tax) for refrigerators, cots, and each extra guest in a room.
TAX RATE 9.7%
Cancellations made more than seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. If seven days or less notice is given you will be financially responsible for the entire length of your reservation. We will make every effort to re-rent your accommodations. A refund will be processed minus the $20.00 fee if the room is rented.
